This session will explore the journey of mizrachi music and Jewish arabic culture. How it moved from being shameful and unworthy to the most popular music industry and celebrated culture in Israel.
Ronen is the creator and head of "Hamakom" at Mount Scopus, where students get to experience Hebrew and Israel through drama , music and games. Ronen is also an accomplished musician and percussionist playing in several Middle Eastern bands
