Throughout Jewish literature the rabbis are disdainful of leadership and hint at their support for an anarchic system without leaders (but not without rules). Through the generations, this ideal has been lost to the point where the rabbinic leaders demand control over our lives. In Israel they control marriage, conversion and divorce and use these powers to ruin people’s lives, and Australia is not far behind. Only one truly Jewish solution exists: destruction of the rabbanut and upending of the leadership in our communities.
Yaron is a rabbi, Zionist, anarchist, traditionalist, radical, pluralist and secularist. It makes sense to him. He is an avid comic book reader and sometimes writer, and hangs out with people who want to destroy the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
